WHAT IS YOUR SIGNATURE SEAL?

Ancient Egyptians invented the Signet Ring as the ultimate icon of identity and authenticity. What would yours look like? Learn to design your own, find your ring size, carve your ring and engrave your stamp, and cast in Silver (extra) or Brass.

Day 1+2: Find your ring size, carve and engrave your wax ring.

Day 3+4: Cast your ring in Silver or Brass, polish and clean up to stamp.

Includes a trip to Khan el Khalili to visit a casting workshop to see the process first hand.

Once cast, you can use your ring to sign and stamp your letters with red wax, and add personal touch to your ring collection that NO one has.

4 Week workshop

Dates: Mondays February 9+16+23 + March 2

Hours: 6:30-9:30pm, Ramadan from 730-1030pm

Includes one Brass ring, not silver

Ethos

The FforFarah Jewelry Experience is a small fraction of Farah's art practice - one that redefines aesthetics and ornament through handmade wearable objects that question form, material, wearability and function with a primary focus on it’s relationship to the body.

Farah handcrafts all her pieces from scratch, come watch and experience it in person in her new studio/gallery in Maadi on street 232.
