Your Jewelry
What’s the material of jewelry displayed?
 All the pieces are handcrafted by Farah in Swiss Sterling 925 Silver with a certified stamp and
logo authenticating it as a one-of-a-kind piece of art.
 Raw and heavy pieces are carved in brass, and dipped in gold.
Why is my silver changing color?
Silver should be kept absolutely dry. If your silver is used frequently, keep it away from
excessive exposure to air and store it in a tarnish-proof cloth such as a flannel pouch or a silver storage box. Avoid contact with rubber bands or other rubber products, as the sulfur in rubber causes tarnishing and corrosion.
Why is my gold plating fading?
No surface finish is permanent. Gold-plating is only a thin coat of electroplated gold particles

on the silver jewelry. We highly recommend making the investment to Solid 18k Gold.



How do I clean my jewelry?
We offer complimentary cleaning and product check-up (recommended every six months). - It is best to have your jewelry professionally cleaned by FforFarah. For a simple cleaning at
home, we recommend mixing dish soap in warm water, soaking your ring or other jewelry for
five minutes, and using a soft bristled baby toothbrush to gently clean it.


Is there a warranty for the jewelry I buy?
Yes, as all the pieces are handcrafted and fabricated from scratch, we offer a Lifetime Warranty to protect against faults in craftsmanship. The warranty does not include normal wear and tear or damages incurred due to trauma, negligence, lack of regular maintenance, loss, or theft.
We cannot be held responsible for pieces that have been altered or worked on by another jeweler.


Sizing + Fitting

Can I resize my ring, lengthen/shorten a necklace?

 Yes, we offer a one-time free resizing service within 2 weeks of delivery.


Can I try on a piece before purchasing?
Vist our partner concept stores for a personal experience, or make an appointment to visit us in the studio for a personal guided experience with Farah.

What are the payment options?
We accept Visa, Master Card and Instapay @fforfarah1


How long does it take for my order to be delivered?
Orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days, delivery can take up to 3 business days.

Made to Order pieces are handmade from scratch and can take up to 10 days to be delivered. 
Custom orders such as the Fingerprint or Story Ring are carefully handcrafted in 10-12 days.


How much is shipping?
- Regular shipping to Cairo is 90LE
- Regular shipping to Sheikh Zayed and Greater Cairo 120LE - Same day delivery is 170LE


Can I change my order, or address after I placed it?
If you receive an order confirmation email and notice a mistake with the order, please email us immediately at info@fforfarah.com with the updated information.

What is your exchange/return policy?
-All FforFarah pieces bought online can be returned within 10 days for a full refund. If you find
a product defect, please send us an email with a picture and details of your piece for a review
of replacement.


- All FforFarah pieces bought at partner stores must be returned or exchanged according to
their policies. Please see a list of the concept stores here.
- Gift cards and receipts are entitled to online credit only, without refund.
- Items which have been worn, sized, engraved, or otherwise altered items, as well as special
order or custom items or items which have been sold at reduced prices or as final sale items
may not be returned or exchanged.

Will I be charged TAX?
The 14% TAX is already included in the final price listed on the website. To honor our transparent vision, all stores across Egypt share the same pricing.


How does the Value Gift Card work?
Proceed to checkout with your selection of pieces, and input your code, you will notice that
the value has increased 15%!
